ARCHITECTURE

Understanding How Our Inner World Shapes Who We Are and How We Live

A map of our inner world — to understand how we are structured within and which systems, imprints and patterns are at work in us. How they shape our experiences, our relationships and the way we move through life — and how we can learn to consciously navigate and work with our own inner world.

33 Principles
Guidance for a Self-Led Life

We learn a great deal about how we are expected to function in the world. Yet we are rarely taught what we can orient ourselves by when it comes to understanding ourselves, growing consciously and leading our own lives. The 33 Principles offer navigation points that help us live more consciously, healthily and self-led — in relationship with ourselves, others and life —
and turn inner insight into lived change.

BEHIND THE LIBRARY
This library wasn’t created overnight.

Even as a child,

I found myself deeply curious about people, life and the question of how this world actually works. Before I could even write, the same impulse would return to me in my dreams: Observe. Understand.
Write it down.

Later, my own profound experiences and personal transformations led me even deeper into these questions — into exploring our inner world, our patterns, our development and what makes meaningful change possible.

Over the years, I also had the opportunity to work with and support more than 1,000 people — children, parents, leaders and teams — as well as schools, organisations and companies through processes of development and change. This work gave me deep insight into how people develop, how inner patterns shape the way we act, and how these dynamics are reflected in our relationships, leadership and the systems we create.

For more than 18 years, I have been writing, developing and gathering ideas, models, books and tools from all of these experiences — exploring human development, inner processes, self-leadership and meaningful change.

Much of this work remained for years in manuscripts, notes and drafts — stored in two boxes in my Swiss basement (or, more precisely, a bunker :)), filled with more than 40 books, sketches and works waiting to find their way into the world.

The Galexy Library is where this body of work is now, piece by piece, becoming visible.

“Her work brings together
psychology, education, sociology, music, writing, and art — not as separate disciplines, but as expressions of a holistic approach to human development.”
